- 海外購物除瑕疵品外一律不受理退換貨服務,下單前請謹慎確認。
- 商品若有瑕疵,請於簽收後2日內聯繫客服並附上照片,超過2日或無提供照片恕無法受理。
- 若買家自行退回,將視為您同意拋棄物品,並負擔運費及相關衍伸費用,且不再另行通知,事後不得要求商品、退款、損害賠償。
- 若您的收件資訊不正確,或無法安排配送者,恕不退款,請於下單時務必填寫正確資訊,並留意電話和信箱以便配送。
Return/Exchange Policy :
- No returns or exchanges are accepted for overseas purchases except for defective products. Please confirm carefully before placing an order.
- If the product is defective, please contact customer service within 2 days after signing for it and attach photos. We will not be able to accept requests after 2 days or without photos.
- If the buyer returns the item on his own, it will be deemed that you agree to abandon the item and bear the shipping costs and related derivative costs without further notice. You cannot ask for goods, refunds, or compensation for damages afterwards.
- If your delivery information is incorrect or delivery cannot be arranged, no refund will be given. Please be sure to fill in the correct information when placing an order, and pay attention to your phone number and mailbox for delivery.
6) 注意事項:
- 配送工作日不包含國定假日及星期六、日。
- 如遇颱風、地震…等天災,及其他不可抗力之因素造成的延遲則不在此限。
- 各國依商品種類及價值核訂關稅與附加費用,若海關核定需支付進口關稅,則需由收貨人自行支付
- 若配送物流為順豐速運,送貨前順豐物流人員會以電話通知,電話請務必保持暢通。
- 2020年11月16日起,香港收方客戶選擇「熱門」順便智能櫃而未能於短訊發出的首24小時內完成取件,櫃機將於往後每24小時對收件方收取港幣10元「豐管家」服務費用,此費用綁定為收方付。費用將以每24小時進行累計,超時不足24小時亦當作24小時計算。該服務費將由香港順豐全數撥捐東華三院作慈善用途。詳情可參考香港順豐網址說明。
- 自物流首次聯繫日起五日內,派送三次無法送達視同拋棄物品,恕不受理退貨退款。
- 商品寄往中國大陸,依中國海關規定,收件人僅能為個人,且需附上彩色身份證影本圖檔或照片供報關使用。請微信、mail或是登入後點選會員中心,傳送訊息給我們 (如圖示)
- Delivery working days do not include national holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
- This does not apply to delays caused by natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, and other force majeure factors.
- Each country determines tariffs and additional fees based on the type and value of goods. If the customs determines that import tariffs are required, the consignee must pay them.
- If the delivery logistics is SF Express, SF Express logistics personnel will notify you by phone before delivery. Please make sure the phone is open.
- From November 16, 2020, if the recipient in Hong Kong chooses the "Popular" Smart Locker and fails to complete the collection within the first 24 hours after the SMS is sent, the locker will charge the recipient a "Feng Guanjia" service fee of HK$10 every 24 hours thereafter, and this fee will be paid by the recipient. Fees will be accumulated every 24 hours, and any time less than 24 hours will be counted as 24 hours. The service fee will be donated in full by SF Express Hong Kong to the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals for charitable purposes. For details, please refer to the Hong Kong SF Express website.
- If the delivery fails to arrive three times within five days from the first contact from the logistics company, the item will be deemed abandoned and no return or refund will be accepted.
- For goods shipped to mainland China, according to Chinese customs regulations, the recipient can only be an individual, and a color copy of the ID card or photo must be attached for customs declaration.
